Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. This includes helping with personal care, household tasks, and transportation.

Responsibilities:
– Assist individuals with getting dressed, bathing, and grooming
– Help with meal preparation and feeding
– Provide transportation to appointments and activities
– Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
– Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
– Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members
– Participate in training and professional development opportunities
– Follow all safety and privacy guidelines

Qualifications:
