Then, Apply Now!Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Jr Marketing Manager/Wealth Management who will support their entrepreneurial business development via increased client acquisition/loyalty. This candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing materials, ensuring meet brand, legal and compliance requirements for Private Wealth Professionals while also helping to drive the regional execution of national strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation and execution of marketing requests for client’s Private Wealth Professionals in assigned regions.
  • Develop regional marketing campaigns ensuring adherence to the client branding guidelines
  • Regularly update and create posted marketing material on the intranet; keeping in constant communication with client’s Private Wealth advisors to ensure timely completion of marketing requests.
  • Oversee proper maintenance of records of all projects, ensuring accuracy, and completeness in a manner that complies with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Track performance of executed programs, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Help to develop strategic Firm-wide marketing campaigns, and/or specific district/division-level campaigns by establishing key targets, tracking results and working with other marketing partners to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (i.e. regional business leaders, graphic designs, translation, legal, compliance, regulatory, enterprise brand team) and external partners (i.e. agencies) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget.
  • Manages various external vendor relationships as required

Desired Skill Set:

  • Proven experience in Marketing focussed on including advertising, direct marketing, collateral, digital, and social
  • Demonstrated experienced working in complex organizations with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated success in simultaneously bringing multiple projects through to successful completion
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Wealth Management industry preferred
  • Superior interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills with peers, partners and executives
  • Strong written/oral skills with proven ability to translate into influential communication/presentations
  • Project management and ability to manage multiple business priorities at once
  • Proven problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Creative evaluation skills to deliver appropriate feedback on marketing materials vs. business objectives
