Specializing in onboarding, the specialist takes a customer-centric approach to support trial customers, addressing product and feature inquiries with precision. Beyond individual interactions, the role extends to lead distribution and qualification for the enterprise sales team, collaborative trend spotting, and cross-functional engagement with Product and Marketing teams. This multifaceted position requires adaptability, analytical prowess, and a keen focus on driving initiatives that contribute to customer success, revenue growth, and overall business objectives.Your to-do list:

  • Manage the inbound sales queue, addressing customer inquiries from a diverse technical audience.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Sync’s products and features.
  • Assist with customer inquiries during the trial process, ensuring a customer-centric approach that is aligned with their use cases.
  • Work closely with customers to address product/feature-related inquiries and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Distribute and qualify leads for the enterprise sales team, ensuring leads are effectively transitioned from initial inquiry to the sales pipeline.
  • Identify trends within the sales queue and collaborate with sales and product teams on initiatives to enhance customer success.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on joint initiatives to drive revenue and growth.
  • Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Who you are:

  • Minimum high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Proven ambition, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic team culture.
  • Basic proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
