Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager, Digital Product is responsible for developing and overseeing execution of a comprehensive marketing programming including research, digital, social, advertising, PR, content, events, sponsorship, sales-support, and marketing technology & analytics. You will be required to form long-term strategic marketing plans, and to translate those plans into phased tactical marketing execution plans.
As a Marketing Manager, Digital Product, you will maintain strong partnerships with all specialized subject matter experts within FIC to coordinate deliverables to drive growth and business results.
What You Will Do:
Delivering and ongoing maintenance of strategic marketing plan:
- Develop and own strategic marketing planning activities
- Achieve sign-off on strategic plan from marketing subject matter experts across the organization, and managing executive level sign-off
- Regularly update, and communicate changes as marketing plan and execution evolves
Managing execution of marketing activities
- Create and manage briefs for all partner and agency groups in support of strategic marketing plan
- Be responsible for ensuring quality of deliverables from agencies and partner groups
- Ensure budget and resource allocation in-line with strategic marketing plan
Creating marketing operational plans and playbooks:
- Define marketing operations procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent delivery of all marketing activities
- Partner with risk and compliance to put in place appropriate oversight in delivery of all marketing & sales activities & materials, through all channels
Setting, monitoring and being accountable for marketing-related metrics:
- Partner with Finance & Analytics teams to create metrics that define success for marketing activities
- To ensure that metrics directly support marketing activities as a part of the more general Go-To-Market plan
- Focus on awareness, consideration, and intent-to-purchase phases of acquisition funnel
- Monitor performance of metrics, and be responsible for creating marketing-related tactics to strengthen performance of core metrics
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-year university degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- General, cross-functional marketing management experience
- Focus on digital, social, and content marketing
- Experience managing cross-channel marketing budget
- Brand development or management experience
- Experience in marketing data & analytics

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral
- Expert skills in stakeholder management & driving cross-group and cross-functional decision-making
- Knowledge and experience in general marketing management
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social marketing, and marketing technologies
