You will work with and support the Canadian Marketing Studio and assist the national Marketing team where needed, to increase Colliers’ brand identity as well as accelerate our ability to win and retain more business across Colliers’ brokerage division.
What you bring:
At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO and SEM.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or Similar
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience executing social media campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn/FaceBook).
In-depth experience with search engine marketing, display advertising networks and retargeting.
Valid Google Ad / analytics Certifications (Search, Display, Mobile and YouTube).
Excellent experience with data and analytics reporting tools.
Bonus skills and experience
Commercial real estate experience.
What success looks like:
You will be responsible for timely delivery, execution of, and reporting on digital property marketing campaigns across Canada, including paid, sponsored and social channels.
You will be assisting with business development proposals, internal and external presentations, monitoring our online marketing activities through Google Analytics, digital and print advertising, as well as other digital marketing solutions for the commercial real estate industry.
You will target, execute and report on paid social media campaigns for properties across the country.
You will provide input from the inception stage through to final production; liaising with teammates to ensure initial concepts and ideas are explored and developed.
You will apply a comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising to complete your assignments.
