Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our team by handling various administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Maintaining electronic and paper files
– Performing general clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
