  • Contribute effectively to the foundation of the Regulatory team by maintaining compliance tools, change controls, updating policies and procedures, and striving for continuous improvement to enable products to get to market quickly.
  • Keep abreast of the Canadian regulatory environment and significant international developments from health agencies (such as the US FDA), scientific authorities (such as IOM and EFSA), and international standard setting organizations, sharing this regulatory knowledge internally.

Role Requirements

  • University degree in Science or related discipline. An advanced degree or post-graduate Diploma or Certificate from a Regulatory Affairs program are assets.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the in the NHP industry, primarily in regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance, NHP labeling, food labeling, quality or product development.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Food and Drugs Act and Food and Drugs Regulations, NHP Regulations and guidance documents.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn other technical databases and resources (including SAP-Recipe Management, Veeva, etc.)

This role will be reporting to the Director, Email Marketing and will work closely with partners across Marketing, E-commerce, Tech, Insights and CRM ensuring best-in-class email marketing campaigns are achieved. You are a master at managing multiple tasks, are a strong strategic thinker, a champion of collaboration and work relentlessly to find solutions to achieve email marketing success. You stay abreast of current digital trends are a thought leader in the email marketing space.What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the strategic planning, end-to-end execution and reporting for campaign emails
  • Strategically lead the planning and execution of all global (North America, EMEA, APAC) email marketing campaigns
  • Establish email marketing strategy which drives both our e-commerce and retail businesses and nurtures our existing email community
  • Lead weekly reporting duties for both campaign email and automated/triggered email journey performance
  • Be a strong advocate within Canada Goose in the development of email strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage internal & external creative partners and communicate content that resonates with the Canada Goose email community
  • Work closely with internal partners to conduct comprehensive post campaign analysis of key programs to gather learnings and course correct as necessary
  • Manage the overarching email campaign calendar
  • Utilize customer data for audience segmentation to deliver email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention growth.
  • Recommend A/B testing on various customer segmentations to establish effective email content and drive continuous improvement
  • Alongside the CRM team, implement acquisition email campaigns as required
  • Stay abreast on email marketing best practices and proactively report on email marketing trends and provide recommendations on innovation through email
  • Strategically plan and collaborate with other digital marketing channel experts across social media, web, SEO, and triggered email to create and implement seamless integrated online campaigns.

Let’s Talk About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Highly self-motivated with experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Passion for innovative technologies and pushing the boundaries of email communications to give customers a personalized and innovative experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Agile methodologies to drive results (nice to have but not required).
  • Experience developing, mentoring and leading high-performing teams
  • Understanding of CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
  • Experience with web analytics tools (including Google Analytics (GA4), Datorama, etc.)
  • University/College degree in marketing or business
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, problem solve, take ownership, and manage work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think outside the box to resolve complex issues in a cross-functional environment
  • Track record of delivering on time and budget in a multi-tasking environment
  • Experience with developing processes to improve efficiencies
  • Ability to sell ideas/concepts to others through logical and persuasive arguments
  • A macro-level thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making skills
  • Follows through consistently on work commitments and stops at nothing to deliver exceptional results
