S.i. Systems public health client needs a Senior Project Manager to oversee various projects within the public health sector due to resource constraints within the IMIT department.
Service Advisor

We are looking for a reliable Service Advisor to join our busy automotive service department. In this role, you will act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring that customer vehicles are properly diagnosed, repaired, and maintained.

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide them with information on available services
– Listen to customers’ concerns and issues with their vehicles
– Inspect vehicles and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
– Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
– Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Uphold the company’s standards for customer service and satisfaction
– Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven customer service experience
