Job description: Project Engineering ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Engineering Manager for our client to manage teams developing Mixed Signal Chips and IP for customers in Telecoms, Automotive, Avionics, and beyond. This role requires a driven, independent individual committed to achieving results for internal teams and customers, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple, often competing milestones.Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple IP projects from initial concept to customer delivery.
  • Champion and represent products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication on project milestones and deliverables to internal teams and external customers.
  • Track and communicate project timelines across various teams.
  • Evaluate scheduling and address risk points accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and various R&D groups.
  • Help manage multiple projects with simultaneous and conflicting milestones and deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • 5-10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge of UVM, Verilog, RTL, Ethernet, USB, PCIe.
