Job description: Adecco is currently seeking an experienced CPG Partnership Manager to drive the strategy and management of digital advertising campaigns within the CPG space. As part of the contract role, you will partner with sales teams, manage key relationships with decision-makers in partner organizations, and ensure that digital campaigns exceed performance goals. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and manage strategic CPG ads partnerships that align with client goals and exceed growth expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations, understanding their marketing objectives and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Attend internal kickoff calls, gain insights into campaign specifications, and support complex executions for smooth implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and proactively solve issues to ensure campaigns remain on track.
- Manage campaign launch, tracking, and reporting. Communicate campaign updates and expectations with all stakeholders regularly.
- Provide data-backed insights to partners, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and increase investment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, effectively communicating feedback and product limitations to internal teams.
- Assist in building best practice playbooks to scale adoption across the Ads team, helping restaurant partners navigate the platform.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to manage partner relationships, particularly in challenging conversations.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1+ years of experience in Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management.
- Proven success in managing large-scale ad campaigns, particularly with large and complex Enterprise brands.
- Experience building relationships with key decision-makers and agency partners in the CPG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
