Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders and returns
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
