Partner with the WW Digital Channel Team and regional cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance) to customize and implement global digital playbooks for the region.   • 8+ years of proven experience in a role focused on consumer-facing eCommerce
  • Proven track record managing people, building a vision, setting goals, and providing mentoring and motivation

  • Proven experience implementing sales models and working within the eCommerce funnel to drive sales growth
  • Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs, from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization
  • Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online CX data into actionable insights, and demonstrated experience using critical metrics and website analytics to impact digital business
