You will lead the Canadian Digital business and partner with Canadian Sales leaders and the global Digital team, serving as the expert in eCommerce and Digital Channel sales to deliver significant growth by driving an exceptional Apple customer experience across our Resellers’ digital channels. The Manager, Digital Channel will be responsible for business growth through creation of the end-to-end partner digital strategy, account-specific plans, and implementation of programs that result in expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.Description DescriptionResponsible for the Canadian digital sales strategy; design and implement annual and quarterly plans that promote Apple’s end-to-end online customer journey and commercial growth for Apple products sold by our channel partners. Demonstrate a consultative approach to uncover new business opportunities for eCommerce growth. Develop strong relationships with resellers’ executive teams and internal leadership. Build and implement quarterly demand generation activities and sales initiatives. Partner cross-functionally within Apple and with resellers to implement these activities with excellence. Analyze market trends, partner capabilities, performance metrics and complex digital business data. Draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations to improve the online customer experience and drive online growth. Partner with the WW Digital Channel Team and regional cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance) to customize and implement global digital playbooks for the region. Work on special projects related to strategy development for digital channels.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in a role focused on consumer-facing eCommerce
  • Proven track record managing people, building a vision, setting goals, and providing mentoring and motivation
  • Demonstrated success balancing the delivery of short-term sales goals while creating sustainable growth strategies for customers and partners
  • Proven experience implementing sales models and working within the eCommerce funnel to drive sales growth
  • Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs, from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization
  • Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online CX data into actionable insights, and demonstrated experience using critical metrics and website analytics to impact digital business
