Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, matching purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
– Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
– Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
