Initially, you will work under close supervision to learn client requirements. Your responsibilities will include receiving materials, warehouse put-aways, project setup and execution, operating production printers and inserters, and mailing personalized materials for customers.ResponsibilitiesSetting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment in production areas and accompanying procedures.Executing job setup and production planning to meet demanding client deliverables.Escalating and helping resolve production risks when identified.Recognizing and resolving any discrepancies with the work or processes through thoughtful resolution or escalation·Following and documenting maintenance requirements for all equipment in production areasAnticipating potential production bottlenecks or backlogs and providing solutions to avoid delays.Performing on a moderately flexible work schedule (shift overtime or weekends during seasonal peaks and unplanned demands·Working and developing in a diverse and inclusive environment.RequirementsHave a High School diploma or GEDHave basic computer skills (Excel, WORD, Outlook, Internet, etc.Have proficiency in working with mechanical systems, including assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.Have a willingness to quickly learn new processes and machines.Have ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.Have flexibility in daily assignments and occasional overtime requirements.Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.Flexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
