Job Summary:
As a member of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team, the Audio-Visual Analyst will provide technical support for audio-visual technologies, systems, and processes essential to the university community. This role involves the analysis, design, configuration, support, and maintenance of audio-visual technologies implemented in classrooms and meeting rooms, including projectors, cameras, displays, screens, and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor ticket queues for new issues related to audio-visual technologies and video conferencing, ensuring timely updates and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with DTS team members and the university community to identify and gather requirements, perform analyses, and design solutions for audio-visual technologies.
  • Configure, install, and maintain audio-visual equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audio-visual systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audio-visual technology projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of audio-visual equipment and configurations.
  • Stay updated on emerging audio-visual technologies and industry best practices.
