Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager for Avante’s Skilled Facilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies for Avante’s Skilled Facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales goals and objectives while also enhancing our overall brand presence. Your expertise in public relations and targeted marketing will be key in driving growth and establishing strong community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed annual sales objectives for Avante’s Skilled Facilities.
- Create and execute effective marketing and public relations programs to enhance the visibility and reputation of Avante, both overall and for individual facilities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in events, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and drive referrals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare or long-term care industry.
- Strong understanding of public relations strategies and community outreach efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
