Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and filing documents.

Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

  • Creating in-store display units

Candidate should have experience in:

  • Minimum 2-5 years Graphic design (Photoshop skills are a must)

  • Excellent organizational skills
