  • Develops content and marketing strategies on behalf of Baycrest Foundation to grow awareness of it’s fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to plan digital campaigns and social media promotion, including identifying target audiences, creating content (copy and creative), budget allocation, optimization, measurement and analysis.
  • Contributes to social media and digital ad plans and leads execution of the campaigns.

  • Drives the creation and management of a content calendar for social media channels.

  • Flags potential issues and/or troubleshoot or escalate issues related to social media.
  • Monitors digital media trends, including use and implementation of AI tools, and provides regular updates on emerging coverage/issues/trends.
  • Pulls and analyzes data from Google Analytics (GA4) and other Webmaster tools related to analyzing digital marketing channels.
  • Reports on analytics and results, media mentions and analysis.
  • Creates monthly reports on media coverage and analytics. (i.e. MRP data).
  • Writes email content, web content, magazine content, social media content as required.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media or related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of digital and social media marketing experience
  • Understanding of advanced digital and social media marketing metrics and analytics – web traffic, email metrics and social media metrics
  • Experience analyzing and reporting social media and digital marketing metrics with latest analytics software, especially GA4 custom reporting.
  • Advanced experience with social media content creation and management (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Working knowledge and experience with applications to support social media management (Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns and GoogleAds.
  • Experience managing the customer journey from top-of-funnel through to conversion.
