Title: Learning & Development Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Learning & Development team in creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in training coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for employee development.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the creation of training materials and resources
– Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room set-up, and materials preparation
– Track employee participation and completion of training programs
– Support the administration and coordination of learning management systems
– Communicate with employees to provide information about training programs and opportunities
– Assist with the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness
– Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training programs and processes
– Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in training coordination or related roles
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
– Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
