Description:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for the organization. This includes creating and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
– Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
– Review and screen candidate resumes
– Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
– Manage the offer and onboarding process for new hires
– Maintain recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators

Qualifications:
