Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Troubleshoot any technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
– Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
