The Senior Project Analyst will report to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting project planning activities under their direction.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, solving problems, and providing excellent service over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via email
– Provide product information and resolve customer issues
– Process orders and manage returns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
