Job Description
The Operator is responsible for manufacturing products according to standards established by department leadership. Operate machinery to complete work orders per customer requirements.

Responsibilities
– Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
– Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
– Visually inspect production run and document results.
– Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
– Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
– Provide assistance throughout the production area.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
– Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly as needed.
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
– Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination.
