  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that differentiate our software solutions in competitive B2B markets
  • Define and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and positioning across all touchpoints
  • Lead brand evolution initiatives and ensure consistent brand expression across all channels and materials
  • Collaborate with product marketing to align brand messaging with go-to-market strategies

Public Relations & Communications

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry media, journalists, and key publications
  • Develop PR strategies that generate earned media coverage and establish thought leadership
  • Create and manage crisis communication protocols and reputation management initiatives
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and executive communications for major announcements

Analyst Relations

  • Manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.)
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and research participation
  • Develop strategies to improve analyst perception and market positioning
  • Track and report on analyst coverage and competitive landscape insights

Digital Brand Management

  • Oversee social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Implement SEO best practices and content optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Monitor brand sentiment and online reputation across digital channels

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop executive thought leadership programs including speaking opportunities, bylined articles, and industry participation
  • Create compelling brand narratives and storytelling frameworks for various audiences
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all departments

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish and track KPIs for brand awareness, share of voice, and sentiment metrics
  • Analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion data to optimize brand performance
  • Prepare regular reports on brand health, competitive positioning, and market perception
  • Use data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, with significant B2B software or technology industry experience
  • Proven track record in public relations, analyst relations, and media relationship management
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO optimization
  • Experience with brand measurement, analytics tools, and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
