Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. The successful candidate will be working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, design and implement business solutions, and ensure that the systems meet the business needs. The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to junior team members, as well as participating in project planning and implementation.
Responsibilities:
– Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
– Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements
– Design and implement business solutions
– Provide support and guidance to junior team members
– Participate in project planning and implementation
– Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
– Develop and maintain project documentation
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
– 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Proficiency in data analysis and business process modeling
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with project management tools and methodologies
