Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate parties
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing and organizing office files, records, and documents
