The Senior Assessor plays a critical role in project management by supporting the Manager/Director and increasing site assessments to 30-50%. They also assist in planning and overseeing the entire project delivery process to ensure value is delivered to the client.
Job Description
Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a fast-paced and dynamic call center in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate and efficient assistance
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
– Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
