  • Offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité, y compris répondre aux demandes des clients pour des services de traiteurs, collaborer avec les chefs pour proposer de nouvelles options de menu, saisir les commandes dans CaterTrax et communiquer les commandes de dernière minute aux gérants/chefs
  • Apprendre et gérer le logiciel CaterTrax
  • Apprendre la gestion de base complète de DineOnCampus.ca (images, heures d’exploitation, etc.)
  • Gérer les comptes de médias sociaux, y compris Facebook, Twitter et Instagram, à l’aide de Hootsuite
  • Effectuer le suivi des comptes clients du service traiteur
  • Saisir les données d’achats et de ventes dans Orbit et préparer les rapports pour les marques comme Subway, Pizza Pizza, Tim Hortons, etc.
  • Localiser et comptabiliser toutes les factures d’achats pour garantir leur saisie hebdomadaire afin de respecter l’échéance
  • Copier, classer et transmettre l’information comptable sur une base hebdomadaire
