·Manage a market segment within the Amazon Canadian Creator business
·Provide thought leadership, and educate various internal stakeholders on customer trends and investment opportunities for growth
·Own KPIs, Business Review inputs, and Creator P&L for specific market segments
·Own annual Creator revenue growth objectives for specific market segments
·Define, identify, approach and onboard to Amazon top strategic commerce content creators
·Grow and scale existing Creator partnerships
·Drive special deal terms and negotiations with content creators to optimize growth
·Drive adoption of products for creators, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, API feeds, etc.), reporting tools, product feeds etc.
·Work closely with leadership and product teams to inform product roadmap and provide feedback on product requirements

– 6+ years in Online Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Publishing or Content Marketing roles in Canada
– Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements
– Expert at identifying and executing successful partnership deals and large-scale marketing deals
– Highly analytical and data driven with a bias towards data-based decision making
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must. Frequent documentation for leadership updates expected.
