An Operation Project Manager is needed to oversee tasks, activities, concerns, and support throughout the planning process. Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Salary: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Process orders and returns efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a proactive and positive manner
– Assist with inventory management and order tracking
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
