Job description: What is the opportunity?

Entuitive would like to supplement its existing team in Toronto with a Co-op student interested in Business Development and administrative support. Strategic business development is the fuel for Entuitive’s growth. The Business Development (BD) team helps drive effective, coordinated approaches to pursuing new business within key markets/sectors and with existing and potential clients. The BD Coordinator will handle a wide range of duties that will provide exposure to the entire business development function at Entuitive.

At this time, Entuitive is seeking a student for a 4 month term beginning in January 2024.

What will you do?

• Research – project opportunities/industry & sector/clients & competitors/conferences & events
• Gathering and analyzing Business Development-related statistics and metrics
• Monitoring industry trade publications and circulating relevant project info or industry news.
• Migrating Business Development-related content into the firm’s main database, maintaining data integrity and performing regular data clean-up
• Maintaining and updating a master document of key clients (architectural firms, contractors, developers)
• Supporting the Business Development team with meeting coordination and materials
• Business Development training – training program development, coordination and logistics support
• Proposal team support – preparing marketing materials and collateral, document management, organization and clean-up of project information for entry into internal database, and ad hoc graphics support.
• Support with sponsorship, event and conference registration and related deliverables (involves liaising with Marketing/Communications and administrative teams)
• Special Projects – larger firm Business Development initiatives, as needed.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed?

• Currently working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Digital Marketing or Communications or a related field at a post-secondary institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-organized
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word; working knowledge of InDesign considered an asset although training can be provided.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills

Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Description:

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial guidance and support to senior management while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with various departments to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for senior management
– Develop financial models, forecasts, and budget comparisons
– Support the development and implementation of financial processes
