Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by collaborating closely with Account Managers, EPC Project Managers, the Marketing team, and regional leadership. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating communication among these stakeholders, coordinating project timelines, and assisting in the planning and implementation of various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers and EPC Project Managers to align project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions among the project team, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
- Support the Marketing team in developing materials and strategies that effectively communicate project progress and goals.
- Assist regional leadership by providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns that arise.
- Coordinate timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
- Maintain documentation of projects, including meeting notes, project plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that may arise during project execution.
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in project coordination or related roles is a plus.
