  • Have the potential to teach complex topics in an engaging, interactive way
  • Be willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your teaching skills, both virtual and in-person, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering
  • Assist in the design and content of training materials
  • Have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training materials
  • Support business development processes as the subject matter expert
  • Serve as the primary contact for content and technical inquiries related to the personal retail banking industry and specific product areas

What You Need to Have:

  • Have Personal/Consumer/Retail Banking experience from the financial services industry
  • Be an effective communicator with a passion for education
  • Have excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Have strong levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry

Content Understanding/Knowledge:

  • Product Knowledge: deposits, loans, mortgages, credit cards, payment ecosystems
  • Customer Experience: customer segmentations, know you client; sales, service and referrals skills
  • Technology: Digital and online Banking knowledge; Digital Bank of the future
  • Regulation and risk management understanding
  • Marketing, distribution, and channel strategy

  • Have some prior teaching experience
