Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cross-Functional Collaboration Specialist to drive effectiveness across managed care, sales, marketing, and other departments. This role is crucial in fostering collaboration and implementing strategies that enhance our outreach and service delivery, particularly in the realm of cancer screening and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Collaboration:

   • Work closely with managed care, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of goals.
   • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to strengthen teamwork and share best practices.

2. Program Development & Implementation:

   • Develop and implement innovative programs to promote cancer screening initiatives, working in conjunction with the Cancer Screening Advocate (CSA) and Medical Affairs teams.
   • Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

3. Coalition Building:

   • Forge partnerships and coalitions with healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to enhance cancer screening efforts.
   • Leverage relationships to expand outreach and increase awareness of available services.

4. Advocacy & Education:

   • Collaborate with marketing teams to create educational materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and promote cancer screening.
   • Advocate for patient care initiatives within organizations and the community.

5. Performance Tracking:

   • Analyze the impact of collaborative efforts and initiatives, sharing insights and metrics with stakeholders regularly.
   • Use feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and program implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse groups.
• Familiarity with cancer care and advocacy is a plus.
