Job Description: Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for extending job offers, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and making informed decisions on candidate rejections. You will collaborate closely with our University Relations Specialist, Marketing Team, and University Relations Team Lead to enhance our brand presence and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and provide constructive feedback to those who are not moving forward in the process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with the University Relations Specialist to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Work alongside the Marketing Team to design effective social media content and campaigns that reflect our employer brand.

Content Development:
- Create compelling marketing collateral that showcases our company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing requests aimed at increasing brand awareness among potential candidates.

Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to attract diverse talent pools, leveraging analytics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, or a combination of both.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media and marketing tools.
