As our Sr. Director, Growth Marketing, you will report to and work closely with our EVP Marketing in order to maintain a fast pace and profitable growth. We’re looking for an experienced growth hacker who has a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers at an efficient cost both online and offline, as well as driving customer retention through owned assets. The ideal candidate is seeking an opportunity to have a real impact on a fast growing and exciting brand. They will be responsible not only for growing our customer base but also building strong retention plans and for leading the CRM, Martech, and Digital Performance marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and oversee the execution of our acquisition strategy in order to drive our member base growth at an efficient CAC across all acquisition channels online and offline
Support CRM leadership in building a strong net-new retention approach against our on-demand grocery priority growth area
Keep building a world-class growth marketing team and lead it to ensure the department’s efficiency and well-being.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize existing marketing programs across all channels (online and offline) and develop new ones
Allocate budget and resources across all acquisition marketing channels and programs in order to maximize growth and ROI
Oversee new programs and channels from pre-test analysis, to test design, to execution, to measurement of performance
Monitor, analyse performances and build projections for the acquisition marketing budget
Identify and prioritize ongoing Marketing technology needs to drive the business KPIs. Influence prioritization and timelines within the Technology team

Desired skills and experience:

Bachelor (marketing or communication related fields). MBA is an asset
10+ years experience in acquisition marketing with minimum 3 years at a management level
Experience with a subscription-based business model an asset
Experience in the grocery or food industry an asset
Record of success building and executing acquisition marketing programs
Strong ability to prioritize and invest resources efficiently
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, CRM and loyalty marketing
Demonstrated strategic strengths, project management, problem solving and analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong aptitude to build and lead a team
Collaborative leader and team player
Bilingual in French & English an asset
Passion for food
