Position Overview:
The Lead Sales & Marketing Business Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Business Operations Team by producing and managing essential reports, insights, and strategies that drive operational efficiency and business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for sales and marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce and analyze reports that track key performance metrics, sales trends, and marketing effectiveness. Transform raw data into actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Sales & Marketing team. Develop and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of strategies and operational objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

Project Management: Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving business operations or launching new initiatives. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to set goals and KPIs.

Training & Support: Provide support and training to team members on business operations tools and processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
