This hybrid role blends visual storytelling, project coordination, and hands-on execution, supporting our marketing initiatives across merchandise, storefront displays, campaign assets, and more. You’ll play a vital role in bringing our brand to life in both physical and digital spaces, collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, external vendors, and internal teams to deliver bold, beautiful, and effective marketing experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven team and have the expertise to assist an executive who is just as fast-paced, hands-on, and driven as you are, we want to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for merchandise, packaging, in-store signage, window displays, and experiential retail touchpoints.
- Manage timelines, tasks, and stakeholder communications for concurrent storefront or brand-integrated projects. Ensure everything is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Assist with the design of marketing materials-scope provided by the VP of Digital Solutions-both digital and print, including signage, brochures, social graphics, event displays, and product visuals.
- Provide administrative and creative support to the VP of Digital Solutions, including creative prep, presentation support, asset development, tasking & communications, PO submission, vendor & event coordination, etc.
- Work with printers, fabricators, and vendors to source materials, manage proofs, and ensure quality output for retail and marketing campaigns.
- Act as a central point between digital marketing, creative, retail management, tech, and leadership to ensure all moving parts come together smoothly.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Develop marketing strategies that align with market insights and drive brand growth.

- Bring a strong voice and direct communication style while maintaining respectful boundaries and positive relationships.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, creative project coordination, and retail merchandising.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong eye for design and visual communication to create an inviting and compelling customer experience in the 3D physical world.
- Experience working with printers, signage vendors, procurement, renovation contractors, and/or merchandise manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset-you love solving problems, anticipating needs, and jumping in to support the team.
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership is a major asset.
- Experience in creating and launching traditional marketing and/or design-focused guides/playbooks/etc.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research and develop strategies based on insights with little direction and present to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Additional Areas of Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
- Background in retail, visual merchandising, or consumer goods.
- Print production or fabrication knowledge.
- Experience in designing and coordinating visual displays, guerrilla marketing stunts, and customer-centric experience centers.
- Background in cross-managing design renovations simultaneously with structural renovations (managed by a separate department).
- D365 Customer Insights (Journeys) experience is a bonus.
- Natural gift for creative writing and presentation/script preparation.
You Are:
- A lover of pulling brand into interior design.
- A strong-willed and efficient communicator.
- Someone who is ready to soar but just needs the right environment to showcase how driven and talented you are, and you are ready to be seen by leadership and supported in your success.
- A believer in accountability of yourself and others, and not afraid to jump in to lead and direct the team to success in the absence of leadership.
- A driven, fearless, and loyal individual who believes in the power of people first and can generate enthusiasm for success rather than demand success.
- Comfortable with limited direction when acting as executive support, just ‘gets it’ and ‘gets it done’ before being asked.
- Quick, creative, and able to understand the market and consumer trends in an intuitive and analytically correct manner.
