Job Description
Position: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
We are currently seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join our team in our Mississauga facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality meets company standards.
Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production schedules
– Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary
– Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
– Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Follow company guidelines for product packaging, labeling, and storage
– Complete production reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience operating packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment
