Duties:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies that help achieve marketing objectives from growth to conversions
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns
  • Manage company website with responsibilities such as general upkeep and maintenance, new page development, optimizing media and content, track analytics and conduct user experience research for development of upcoming new website
  • Maintain and grow company e-commerce store with responsibilities such as general upkeep, organization of products and their categories, new product listings, working closely with marketing team to coordinate content creation and analysis of insights to improve and further develop website interface and experience
  • Strategize and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google from identifying objectives, targets and appropriate placements to optimizing spend and performance based on insights
  • Collaborate with marketing team on social media strategy, content creation and calendars
  • Collaborate with marketing team on email marketing strategy from campaign automation to audience optimization
  • Lead Google My Business, OpenTable and DoorDash maintenance and upkeep
  • Evaluate analytics and insights from all digital channels and asses and report performance against identified goals
  • Verify that all marketing collateral remains on brand and follows the company’s style guides

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and oral Italian favourable
  • Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing field
  • Proven success in strategizing digital campaigns that have achieved Marketing objectives
  • Thrive under pressure when needed and in a fast and multi-project environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for all things digital
  • Proficient with Shopify, Facebook and Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, Social Media Platforms and ability to evaluate analytics to gain insight and suggest enhancements
  • Base knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Experience, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team. Accountable for digital marketing strategy, subscription growth and development of key DTC brands such as Crave, this role will build a strategic marketing vision for key DTC properties, ensuring that marketing activities deliver short term and long term business results. As a leader, you will inspire and develop a team of marketing professionals. You will become the go-to person for OTT acquisition marketing for Bell Media.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the direction of digital and acquisition marketing strategy to drive subscriptions, revenue and Customer Lifetime Value for key DTC brands such as Crave
  • Create and execute strategies and marketing initiatives driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, product use and market leadership
  • Activate the full marketing funnel and develop the consumer journey positioning for Crave and other DTC properties
  • Build and leverage key brands like HBO, Showtime and STARZ while establishing a unique voice for Crave
  • Be the champion for the consumer delivering an unmatched user experience for the Crave and all other DTC web and apps
  • Implement on-channel and social media strategies to drive engagement and viewership
  • Support affiliate marketing teams to drive subscription and retention to BDU subscriptions to Crave and other DTC properties
  • Build relationships with third party platforms to maximise marketing opportunities through merchandising and 1:1 marketing
  • Be the team expert on industry developments in OTT services and best practices for acquisition marketing
  • Evaluate new marketing opportunities with social media and digital partners
  • Build and manage budgets
  • Manage external agency relationships
  • Leverage data for key insights to better understand our customers and our competitive positioning
  • Build a culture of inclusion and learning while leading a high-performing environment


Competences:

  • 4 year College/University degree or equivalent; Business Marketing, Advertising and/or Business Strategy. MBA an asset.
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in a senior Marketing role, with focus on eCommerce, digital and acquisition marketing
  • Proven experience developing conversion based integrated marketing strategies across the consumer journey, including digital, traditional, out of home and Bell Media owned touch points.
  • Expert knowledge in industry trends, competition and customer buying habits
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and processes
  • Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI
  • Experience with data and customer segmentation as the basis for discovering actionable insights.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), considered a very strong asset due to the national scope of the role
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, as well as initiate and drive change
  • Highly energetic team player with the ability to work collaboratively within the Marketing team and cross-functionally with other key stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment, set priorities and meet tight deadlines

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage Digital Monetization initiatives with a focus on Order Management System (OMS) integration with Bell Media advertising tech stack and feature requests for future optimal state.
  • Work with Business Operations to align OMS stakeholders in Digital Sales, Monetization, Billing, Finance & IT teams and prioritize and maintain system roadmap
  • Liaise with partners in Digital Product & Development to build business requirements and success criteria to maximize revenue around ad innovation and product development
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Management team to schedule quality assurance to ensure monetization requirements are met
  • Work with Digital Sales, Inventory, Revenue Management, Business Operations, and Programmatic teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Present ad innovation products and processes to Digital Sales Teams. Provide campaign support as needed.
  • Monitor success of product launches by regularly reporting on KPIs and gathering buyer feedback for ongoing product improvements
  • Develop and manage business relationships with various vendors
  • Participate in IAB or other industry committees or events to stay abreast on latest digital trends


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related experience in Ad Operations, Technical Account Management, Programmatic, Project Management, or Product Management preferably within Digital Media industry
  • University degree or equivalent in business administration, technology, or marketing with a strong technical and analytical background
  • Knowledge of digital ad technology: OMS, ad servers (GAM, FreeWheel, Cadent), DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs,
  • Knowledge of IAB ad formats and emerging digital trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of campaign success and reporting metrics including viewability
  • Proactive with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Works well independently or with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
