We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.What will your typical day look like?The DPN and Integrations Product Lead partners closely with various Deloitte global and country-level talent-related business and technology teams to determine strategic direction, gather requirements and build integration points with other initiatives. They proactively keep aligned with new Deloitte future of work and people initiatives. They partner with Deloitte Global Technology to drive progress on planned roadmaps and lead projects that continually enhance our tools.Responsibilities

  • Develop the product vision that aligns with strategic business objectives in conjunction with business, talent and Knowledge Services leaders; lead the development of product enhancement roadmaps, facilitate alignment on priorities with stakeholders
  • Collect business requirements interacting with high level participants from the business, talent and owners of the other systems that supply data to DPN or KX
  • Oversee development of User Stories, UI design, creation of effective testing strategies and test scripts and text execution
  • Work closely with the technology team implementing the product enhancements
  • Manage business stakeholder activities in conjunction with releases, e.g., project status updates, business validation, knowledge transfer sessions, User Acceptance Testing, deployment, development of training, etc.
  • Deeply understand data architecture, methods of accessing data via search and APIs, tool architecture and functionality to provide creativity in developing solutions to meet stakeholder needs
  • Define key metrics to proactively assess product usage and value; communicate with leaders to escalate areas of concern and recommend corrective actions

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science) required.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of related technology project management, custom developed software delivery and systems integration experience

Other Qualifications

  • Proven effectiveness at stakeholder management
  • Experience with HR, Knowledge Management and Content Management tools
  • Experience with Search and Generative AI tools
  • Experience in a large professional services organization preferred
  • Experience having a lead role in technology projects across all aspects of the systems development life cycle
  • Ability to provide effective direction to team members, including time management and mentoring
  • Understanding of development environments such as Microsoft Azure and DevOps
  • Experience and comfort working in virtual teams

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $104,000 – $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
