Job description: Job Description:We’re looking for a Product Specialist – Communication to join our client’s dynamic team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting clear, engaging, and strategic messaging that supports internal teams and enhances client understanding of products and services.   • Develop compelling and consistent messaging for product launches, updates, and announcements.
  • Create multi-channel content such as in-app messages, client emails, FAQs, release notes, and product updates.
  • Support internal teams with sales enablement content, briefing materials, and clear messaging.
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and positioning across all product communications.
  • Translate technical product details into simple, client-friendly language tailored to diverse audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product teams to stay up to date on the roadmap and coordinate communication strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align product messaging with broader campaign initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, support, and client management teams to deliver clear, timely, and actionable communication.

Communication Collateral Management

  • Maintain and organize an internal library of communication collateral for internal and external use.
  • Ensure all communication materials are up-to-date, consistent, and reflect current product capabilities.
  • Structure and manage internal repositories to ensure easy access and usability.
  • Track versions and maintain consistency across all documents and resources

Requirements:Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a communication, marketing, or content creation role.
  • Tools: Familiarity with digital platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, iContact, or similar tools.
  • Assets: Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
