Job Description

Quality Control Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that the quality of all products meet established standards. The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Control Department and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
– Oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
– Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
– Develop quality control training programs for staff
– Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
– Liaise with other departments to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
– Conduct regular audits of quality control processes and systems

Qualifications:
