Job Description: Technical Operations Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Specialist to oversee and support System Operations while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing and various other departments. This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations and improving service delivery across our organization.
Essential Responsibilities:

Technical Operations Management: Implement and manage technical processes to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and engineering teams.

System Operations Oversight: Monitor system performance and ensure all operations are running smoothly. Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Technical Operations, System Operations, Marketing, and other internal/external customers. Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project goals and operational needs.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and collaborate on the development of strategies to optimize operations and improve the customer experience.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on system performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on system operations, new technologies, and best practices.

Customer Engagement: Engage with external customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and provide technical support as necessary. Foster strong relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in system operations and technical support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
