  • Support community events portfolio to drive fundraising efforts and ensure a positive event experience

  • Provide support for existing Qlik applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Qlik Billing audit.
  • License Management.
  • Assist in resolving user issues related to Qlik applications.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior developers, products team, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions with the development team.

Documentation:

  • Document data models, scripts, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest Qlik features, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and Qlik Automations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense (internship or academic projects are acceptable).
  • Certifications: Qlik Sense Business Analyst or Qlik Sense Data Architect certification is a plus.

Skills required:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) for data storage and processing.
  • Intermediary knowledge of SQL for querying databases (MS SQL, PostGres, [NoSQL advantageous]).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
