Keypath is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. Specialists from various backgrounds are available to support remote, hybrid, or in-office work.
Job Description

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
– Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
– Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Assisting with preparing reports and presentations
– Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
– Handling office supply orders and inventory management
– Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
