Digital Lifestyle Intern, Corus Entertainment

We’re looking for superstar interns to support our editorial staff on Corus Entertainment’s lifestyle sites: Food Network Canada, HGTV Canada, Complex Canada and Slice. Throughout this internship, you will be immersed in the day-to-day editorial process, learn how original content is planned and produced and better understand strategies for running successful lifestyle websites.

Corus is a driving force in the media industry with a diverse portfolio of strong brands that entertain and inform audiences through great storytelling and compelling content, reaching millions of people around the world every day.

In this Digital Editorial role, you be responsible for:

  • Assisting editors with story research: pitch, edit, and write as needed
  • Identifying trending topics for coverage, and contributing to brainstorming and content planning

  • Learning and applying SEO to content
  • Assisting with other editorial duties as required
