The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Development and works collaboratively within the Corporate Product team. Responsibilities include bringing new products to market and managing product obsolescence.
Front Desk Coordinator

Our busy medical office is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Coordinator will also assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
– Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
– Verify insurance information and collect payments
– Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
