Vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la coordination des activités quotidiennes d’entreposage, en supervisant et en dirigeant le personnel de l’entrepôt pour atteindre les niveaux appropriés de volume dans des délais raisonnables.En tant que superviseur.e d’entrepôt, vous devrez :

  • Gérer un personnel horaire composé d’employés syndiqués de manière juste et équitable, conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
  • Coordonner l’expédition, la réception, l’entreposage des produits, pour veiller à ce que toutes les commandes des clients soient expédiées à temps conformément aux spécification des clients
  • Gérer l’inventaire, y compris la commande d’inventaire, le maintien des niveaux d’inventaire, la distribution des produits et la rotation des stocks
  • Maintenir un système de gestion de l’inventaire et faire des recommandations pour rationaliser les opérations et améliorer le processus de maintien de l’inventaire
  • Coordonner les activités de rangement de l’inventaire dans l’entrepôt afin d’assurer son exactitude et l’efficacité des activités de chargement
  • S’assurer de la qualité, de la propreté, du service à la clientèle et du respect des politiques et programmes de la compagnie
  • Être responsable de faire les expéditions, de créer des tâches et des commandes d’entrepôt, d’évaluer la disponibilité des produits et de mettre les commandes à jour au besoin
  • Fournir la performance opérationnelle requise et informer le gestionnaire de l’exploitation au sujet des livraisons
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité de la main-d’œuvre pour l’exécution du travail et proposer des additions ou des réductions de personnel au gestionnaire de l’exploitation pour acquérir/réduire le personnel en fonction des besoins
  • S’assurer de la formation adéquate de chaque employé en santé et sécurité, et en procédure de salubrité alimentaire lors de l’exécution de leurs tâches
  • Revoir les heures travaillées intégrées dans le système de la paie et s’assurer que les employés seront payés à temps pour leurs heures travaillées

À propos de vous :

  • Études postsecondaires
  • Grande conformité aux normes de productivité, de qualité et de sécurité
  • Expérience dans un entrepôt ou dans un environnement de distribution
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Solides compétences en analyse et en communication requises
  • Application des meilleures pratiques et recherche d’occasions d’amélioration des processus
  • Expérience de travail dans un milieu de travail syndiqué
  • Capacité de travailler sur plusieurs quarts de travail et de faire des heures supplémentaires au besoin
