We work hard, and we get things done.a day in the life: what you’ll doReporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Specialist is responsible for leveraging their repairs & maintenance experience to support our stores within their assigned areas and maintain them to a luxury condition. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of emergency and non-emergency repairs and service calls within established budgets and timelines.
- Respond to all repair & maintenance questions from stores
- Analyze proposals to ensure cost and scope meets the needed scope of repair
- Use previous experience and mechanical aptitude to validate troubleshooting and diagnoses performed by on-site technicians
- Ensure repair timeline SLAs are met
- Execute store maintenance programs per established frequencies and scopes of work
- Compile and submit weekly invoices
- Diagnose utility account concerns, liaising between construction, our bill pay provider, and utility providers
qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of retail environment
- Basic knowledge in systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
- Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple projects
- Possess organizational, time management, and trouble-shooting competence
- Agile and able to prioritize and re-prioritize daily or throughout the day as needs change
- Superb communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint
